SDM Fabrication – The Stage, Shoreditch – Nifty Deck-Riders
Having worked closely with our customer for a number of years, ATP were approached to help with the supply of specific MEWP’s for a brand new high-rise office block in Central London. Having looked into the project and utilized our extensive contacts within the industry we agreed on the use of ‘Deck-Rider’ booms. Manufactured by NiftyLift these are the only manufacturer approved machines on the market designed for such a build due to the lightweight nature of the machine.
How We Helped
Such was the commitment from ATP Access, we purchased 4 x Brand New HR15 4x4 Diesel Booms which NiftyLifty then modified into the HR15 Deck-Rider. Collected direct from the manufacturer and delivered to site for the duration of the 18-week project, these machines are craned into position and lifted through the steel as the building increases in height. Ideal for high-rise buildings in tight areas, these machines still offer excellent working height, outreach and flexibility whilst in a stationary position on the steel work below. Our customer benefitted from brand new equipment reflecting the high standard of works on site. ATP Access continue to be one of the only Powered Access suppliers in the UK to offer these machines as part of their hire fleet.
